New Employee Onboarding Guide

Welcome to BrightPath Home Services. We are pleased to have you on the team. This guide provides general information to help you get started. Please contact your supervisor if you have questions.

1. Your first day

Arrive at 9:00 a.m. and report to the front desk. Bring a government-issued ID and your completed hiring forms. Your manager will introduce you to the team, explain your role and arrange access to the scheduling system. Please review the safety procedures before your first field assignment.

2. Work schedule and attendance

Your regular schedule is set by your manager and shown in the scheduling system. If you will be late or absent, contact your manager as soon as possible using the team phone line. Do not ask a colleague to report an absence on your behalf except in an emergency.

3. Customer and home safety

Be courteous, confirm the service requested before beginning work, protect customer belongings and follow the approved task checklist. Do not perform work outside your training or authorization. Report an injury, property concern or safety hazard to your manager promptly.

4. Tools and information

Use company tools and accounts for work. Keep customer details private. Do not photograph or share a customer’s home or personal information without approved business need and permission under company policy. Report a lost device or suspected account access issue promptly.

5. Who can help

Your manager can help with daily work, scheduling and customer concerns. People Operations can help with hiring records and workplace questions. The Safety Lead can help with hazards, injuries and equipment. For urgent danger, move to safety and contact local emergency services first.

6. First-week checklist

  • Complete required employment forms.
  • Meet your manager and team.
  • Set up company account and scheduling access.
  • Review safety and customer privacy guidance.
  • Complete the introductory training.
  • Ask your manager to confirm readiness before independent assignments.

Questions? Contact your manager or People Operations. This guide is a general orientation aid. Current company policies, local law and manager instructions govern where they differ.
