Composite profile CP02 · Quadrants: Know Thyself
Founders, owner-operators, independent professionals, and anyone building something that does not yet run without them.
Building something has a reputation for requiring one trait, usually described as drive. In practice it requires several, and they pull against each other often enough that most of the difficulty of the work is internal rather than commercial.
Can you generate the idea and also finish it? Do you know what enough looks like, or does the target keep moving? When you weigh a risk, do you protect what you have, chase what is possible, or manage both? And do you get the details right, or move fast, or both?
These four are independent. A person can be a brilliant originator who never ships, a relentless finisher with nothing new to finish, ambitious with no idea what would count as success, or fast and consistently wrong. You will answer 100 statements, which takes about twenty minutes.
100 statements in total. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent anywhere. If you close this page your answers are gone, so print or copy your results before you leave.

Four results, side by side. No single score combines them, because they measure different things and averaging them would hide exactly what you came here to see.
These notes fire on specific combinations of your scores. They are interpretations offered for reflection, not findings, and you are the one who decides whether each fits.

The most useful next step is usually not to work on your weakest score. It is to pick the one result that surprised you, and to ask one person who knows you well whether they recognize it. A pattern you can see and someone else can confirm is a pattern you can change.
