Composite profile CP01 · Quadrants: Know Thyself
Managers, partners, founders, department heads, and anyone accountable for work other people do.
Most leadership assessments ask what kind of leader you are and hand back a label. This one asks four narrower questions, because the useful answers are narrower.
Do you attend to people, to the work, to both, or to neither? Do you extend trust, check the work, or manage to do both at once? Does feedback travel out of you, into you, both ways, or neither? And when the work goes well, who gets named, and how high was the bar in the first place?
Those four questions cut across almost everything a leader is judged on. They are separate, they draw on different habits, and a person can be strong on one and thin on another without any contradiction. You will answer 100 statements, which takes about twenty minutes. There is no combined score at the end, because a single leadership number would tell you less than the four results do.
100 statements in total. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent anywhere. If you close this page your answers are gone, so print or copy your results before you leave.
Part 1 of 4
Relationship and Task. Answer as you actually are, not as you intend to be.
Part 2 of 4
Trust and Verification. Answer as you actually are, not as you intend to be.
Part 3 of 4
Feedback Giving and Feedback Seeking. Answer as you actually are, not as you intend to be.
Part 4 of 4
Credit Sharing and Standard Setting. Answer as you actually are, not as you intend to be.
Answer all 100 statements to continue.
Four results, side by side. No single score combines them, because they measure different things and averaging them would hide exactly what you came here to see.
These notes fire on specific combinations of your scores. They are interpretations offered for reflection, not findings, and you are the one who decides whether each fits.

The most useful next step is usually not to work on your weakest score. It is to pick the one result that surprised you, and to ask one person who knows you well whether they recognize it. A pattern you can see and someone else can confirm is a pattern you can change.
