Detail and Action. How much precision you need before you move, and how readily you move. It shows up in almost every job and most households.

Most systems tell you what type of person you are. This one asks a smaller and more useful question: which two forces are shaping your behavior right now, and what does their combination produce.
Take any two things about a person that can move independently. Warmth and structure, for example. A parent can be high on both, low on both, or high on one and low on the other. Warmth does not predict structure, and structure does not predict warmth.
Put them on two axes and you get four patterns rather than one scale:
High structure. Clear rules, consistent follow-through.
Low structure. Few fixed rules, limits that move.
None of the four is the good one. Each carries real strengths and real costs, and most people move between them depending on the year they are having. That is the whole design. You are not being sorted. You are being described.
Thirty-four frameworks work this way, covering how you think, lead, relate, decide, learn, parent, and look after yourself.
You read 25 statements and say how much each one sounds like you, from strongly disagree to strongly agree. It takes about five minutes.
You get a score on each of the two dimensions, your position on the grid, and the full written chapter for your pattern: how it tends to feel from the inside, where it helps, where it costs you, and what usually moves someone out of it.
Nothing is collected. Every assessment runs and scores entirely in your browser. No answers are stored, transmitted, or shared. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party scripts.
The frameworks do not depend on each other, so there is no correct order. If you have no particular question in mind, start with the first one below.
Detail and Action. How much precision you need before you move, and how readily you move. It shows up in almost every job and most households.
Warmth and Structure if you are raising children. Expression and Receptivity if the thing you are wrestling with is a conversation.
The Atlas lists every framework with its four patterns, and the Explorer lets you move a point around a grid to see how the corners differ.
Compare two results, map a team, ask someone who knows you to answer about you, or retake something months later and see what moved.
It is not a diagnosis, and it is not a verdict. These are self-reflection tools built on established psychological constructs, written for general readers rather than clinicians.
Reliability and validity data have not been collected yet, so nothing here should be used to make a decision about another person. If a result does not sound like you, the honest reading is usually that it does not, and not that you are in denial.
